To all existing patients, please register yourself to MyMedicare to receive a greater continuity of care and better coordinated care from your GP and other care teams. Appointments 預約

We are an appointment based practice. Appointment booking is available online, via telephone & on-site. Walk-ins are welcome too but priority will be given to patients who have booked in.

A standard consultation is between 10 to 15 minutes. If you require pap smears, have more than one issue to discuss or a complex problem, such as insurance medical, minor surgeries, immunisation or pregnancy/antenatal check-ups, please kindly advise our reception staff that you require a long consultation or arrange a long appointment online.
標準的諮詢時間為10-15分鐘;較長諮詢為>15-30分鐘; 特長諮詢為>30分鐘。若您需要做子宮頸抹片檢查,有多於一個以上或複雜的問題需要討論,如保險醫療,小手術,免疫接種或懷孕/產前檢查,請在預約時註明您需要較長的諮詢時間。

We are happy to receive an appointment with more than one family member, but please make sure you have made an appointment for each member prior to attending. Patients without appointments attending the consultation might incur extra cost and cause unnecessary delays.

Please notify our reception staff upon your arrival. If you have been sitting at the waiting area for more than 20 minutes, please ask our reception staff to check that your arrival has been entered onto the computer.

Please note that a $30 no-show fee applies if you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointments at least 3 hrs prior to your appointment time with GPs / 24 hrs prior to your appointment time with Allied Health providers such as Podiatrist, Physiotherapist & Dietitian. Thank you for your understanding. 請注意,若您未能在家庭醫生預約時間3小時前/專職治療師如物理治療師,足部治療師 & 營養師預約時間24小時前取消或重新安排預約,則需支付 $30的缺席費。感謝您的理解。

DOCTORS' FEE SCHEDULE 醫生收費模式

Bulk billing medical consultation service is available for patients with a valid Medicare/DVA card with the following conditions. Patients MUST present their valid Concession & Medicare cards. All other patients are required to pay consultation fees.

持有有效醫療保健綠卡(Medicare)/退伍軍人事務部卡的應診者並滿足以下條件,均可享有免費醫療諮詢服務。應診者必須出示有效的優惠卡和醫療保健綠卡。其餘應診者均需支付診金.

💵 Additional fees 附加費用 

Additional fees apply for procedures & items to ALL patients, including but not limited to: Large/complicated wound dressing Implanon insertion/removal; Earwax removal; Excisions/minor surgeries; Private vaccines; all types of forms/paperwork, Workcover/CTP cases without approval from insurers. Extra time requires for doctors to fill out any types of forms. Please notify the reception staff while making the appointment, so the reception staff can arrange sufficient consultation time for you. Caution: These costs are not covered by Medicare. Please speak to our reception staff for more payment details.

Claims 報銷

For Medicare card holders: The clinic processes Medicare claim, excluding patients under 17. A statement/payment receipt will be given after the consultation.
對於有效醫療保健綠卡持有者: 診所將會為應診者處理 Medicare 報銷,但不包括 17 歲以下的應診者。報銷賬單/付款收據將於諮詢後提供。

For Non-Medicare card holders (Private Health Fund Card holders etc): Patients need to do the claim oneself. The clinic will not perform PHF claim for patients.
對於非醫療保險卡持有者(私人保險卡持有者等等):應診者需自行處理私人保險報銷。診所不會為病人辦理相關手續。

Telephone & Electronic communication 電話和電子通訊

If you request to speak to your doctor directly, you may be asked to leave your name & contact details. Your doctor will return your call at the earliest convenience. If it is an urgent matter while your doctor is not available to pick up your call, another doctor or registered nurse will answer the call. Caution: information sent via electronic could be intercepted/ read by someone other than the intended recipient.

若您要求直接與您的醫生對話,我們可能會請您留下姓名和聯繫方式以便您的醫生會盡快回覆您的電話。若是緊急事項,而您的醫生不便接聽電話,其他當值醫生或註冊護士會代為接聽電話。

Prescriptions & Referrals 處方和介紹信

You are required to make an appointment with a General Practitioner (GP) for prescriptions or specialist referrals.

Results 測試結果

To review results of any tests, an appointment is required. 
請安排預約以查看測試結果。

If you have not received any feedback related to your test after two weeks, and you would like to review your results with your GP, please contact our reception. They will schedule an appointment for you. 若您在兩週後仍未收到與測試相關的結果,而您想跟您的醫生查看結果,請聯繫我們的接待處,他們會為您安排預約。

You will be contacted by the reception or your doctor to book in for a consultation once your results reveal any urgent concerns.
一旦您的結果顯示有任何緊急問題,接待處或您的醫生會聯繫您以安排預約諮詢。

Reminders & Recalls 提醒和通知

Our Practice is committed to preventative care. Our Practice will seek your permission to be included in our reminder system. We may issue you a reminder notice from time to time offering you preventative health services appropriate to your care. If you do not wish to be a part of this system please notify your Doctor or reception.

Home Visits 家訪

Home visits may be available for our regularly attending patients. However, it is up to the doctor’s discretion in whether it is necessary and there will be an out of pocket fees. Please contact our reception staff for more information.
